About us
Members of the society are specialists in psychology and organizational behavior, who develop and produce relevant scientific knowledge for these disciplines. In this context, scientific knowledge refers to those descriptions and explanations of work behavior in organizations, which are derived from the application of the scientific method, through theoretical construction, experimentation, observation and analysis, adopting an approach quantitative, qualitative or both.

Regular Members
Associates with a PhD degree in the fields of psychology and organizational behavior, or disciplines related to these fields of knowledge, with proven scientific production. The latter materializes, for example, in the management of research projects and laboratories, the allocation of research funds and the publication of books, chapters and articles in indexed scientific journals, with an editorial committee and peer review.
Associate Members
Partners with a PhD or Master degree in the fields of psychology and organizational behavior dedicated to teaching. For this category it is not necessary to demonstrate scientific production.
Students
Postgraduate students (master or doctorate) in the fields of psychology and organizational behavior, who study at national or international institutions.
Membership Fee
During the years 2019 and 2020 there will be no membership costs to belong to the society. After this period, the membership fees will be determined to finance the costs of operations and activities organized by the company.
